Business users confirm that they are authorised to act on behalf of their business.

5.2 User Responsibilities

You agree that your listings must:

• Not infringe intellectual property rights
• Not contain illegal, offensive, false, or fraudulent content
• Comply with Irish, EU, and UK laws

You are solely responsible for your listings and content.

6. Prohibited Content & Activities

You must not:

• Post illegal goods or services
• Engage in fraud, scams, or misleading behaviour
• Circumvent platform fees or systems
• Scrape, copy, or reuse platform data
• Harass, abuse, or harm other users

Aalababa may remove content or accounts without notice if violations occur.

7. Paid Services

7.1 Paid Promotions

Aalababa offers optional paid services such as:

• Boosted listings
• Featured placements
• Urgent or promotional badges
• Subscription plans for dealers or agencies

Paid services do not guarantee sales or enquiries.

7.2 Payments

• Payments are processed securely via third-party providers (e.g. Stripe)
• Prices may be shown inclusive or exclusive of VAT, as applicable
• You authorise us to charge your selected payment method

7.3 Refund Policy

• Paid promotional services are non-refundable once activated
• If a service fails due to a technical error, a replacement or refund may be issued at our discretion
• No refunds for lack of results or user error

8. Dealer & Business Accounts

• Dealer plans may be subject to fair usage limits
• We may modify or discontinue plans with reasonable notice
• Promotional or discounted plans may be time-limited

9. Transactions Between Users

• Aalababa does not handle delivery, payment, or inspection unless stated otherwise
• Buyers and sellers are solely responsible for completing transactions
• We do not verify ownership, condition, or legality of listed items

10. Verification & Trust

• Verification does not guarantee legitimacy or trustworthiness
• Users remain responsible for their own due diligence

11. Content Removal & Moderation

We reserve the right to:

• Remove listings or content
• Suspend or terminate accounts
• Limit visibility of advertisements

This may occur without notice where required to protect users or comply with the law.

12. Intellectual Property

• Aalababa owns all platform design, branding, and software
• Users retain ownership of their content but grant us a licence to display it
• You may not copy or reuse platform content without permission

13. Privacy & Data Protection

Our handling of personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy, in compliance with GDPR and Irish/EU data protection laws.

14. Liability Disclaimer

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

• We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service

15. Limitation of Liability

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you to Aalababa in the previous 12 months.
